Returns

Banix will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the delivery of your order
The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the
complete product with packaging & accessories.
The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement.

How do I return my package ? Do I need to include anything?

If the customer had purchased our products from other market places please contact them first, if the return window is still open

  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The goods must not have been used, Protective films on products must be intact and must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods;
  • Customer should carefully pack and courier the product to the address we provide at the time of return request.
  • Upon receiving the product, Banix will provide Refund for the complete cost of the product minus any missing items.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to get return instructions. Any packages returned without our authorization are subject to being returned to sender. We recommend you to use a tracking service for all returns. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
For your protection we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your item back to us as we are not liable for any loss or damage while in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your orders that are not yet dispatched. Customer’s should inform banix.in by using our online contact form. If you request order cancellation post the dispatch of the shipment or Reject delivery of shipment.  Two Ways shipping charges of up to 250-300 INR will be deducted from the refund. Banix reserves the right to cancel the order in any circumstances, not limited to unavailability and non-serviceability of the order. You will be credited with a full refund within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order through original mode of payment.

Discount Coupons and Offers


Coupons can be used to avail additional discount on each purchase. Coupons are valid for only specific products. Multiple coupons are not 

allowed for single purchase order. Banix reserves the rights to modify or change any discount coupons or offers without any prior notice.


Your Content Submission for Custom Orders


Banix has every right to reject any requests for customized orders if the content contains any offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, or 

profane material.


Modification of Terms


These Terms may be amended by Banix at any time. Such amended Terms shall be effective upon posting. By continuing to access or use the Site after such posting, you will be deemed to have accepted such amendments. You are advised to regularly review any applicable terms and conditions. 

Company reserves the right to discontinue or make changes or updates with respect to the Site or the contents of the Site at any time without 

notice. 

Company reserves the right to restrict, refuse or terminate access of any person to the Site or any part thereof effective immediately without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
